Support Co-ordination
If you are funded for Level 2 Support coordination, we would love to assist you with our well-established approach to coordination.
Respite / STA
TriCollective respite trips are second to none and are an experience to be had at least once in your NDIS journey.
Supported Independent Living
Need more than just a place to stay? We would love to create a home for you, house you until your own housing plans are brought to life or support you to live in your own home with SIL like support.
Community Support
Want the TriCollective experience but don’t fancy living with us? We understand. We offer support to those that require a Community Mentor (Support Worker) to come to your home or engage with you in a community setting.
Diversity Dating
A supported Disability Dating and Friendship Series to help you find a partner or make some friends.
